Crisp

I wear several hats: a job, my own company and a private life. Tasks and appointments were scattered across Jira, Outlook, Apple Reminders and separate note apps, and keeping an overview cost time every day. Crisp does not replace those systems, it syncs with them and brings everything together per domain. Capturing takes seconds, by text, voice or a shortcut; routing it to a task, project or archive comes later. Claude works alongside through its own MCP server: creating tasks, planning a week based on deadlines and available time, or looking up what needs to happen today. Built as a Fastify backend with a React PWA on PostgreSQL. I run it myself; it is not open to others yet.
